Our role
Technical and sporting coordinator
In 2016, the Sharjah Sports Council asked us to help a race facing logistical and sporting difficulties. Arriving as a team of six in the first year, we brought fresh energy to the event.
Edition after edition, our responsibilities have grown: we are now the race’s technical and sporting coordinator, with a team of 23 specialists in 2026, each in charge of one area of the organisation.
The jury presidents appointed by the UCI have praised every edition in their reports. Training is part of the job too: Emirati commissaires work with our international commissaires, in liaison with the national federation.

What we take care of
- General secretariat: invitations, entries, dialogue with teams
- Writing the UCI-compliant technical guide
- Stage design, start and finish areas
- Relations with the UCI and the jury president, race report
- Technical direction, team managers’ meeting
- Regulator, info motorbike, electronic time board
- International commissaires and commissaire motorbikes
- Finish line and structures management
- Morning route marking and distance boards
- Timing, photo-finish and live results
- Neutral service and printing of leader jerseys
- Protocol and media relations
