Full turnkey management

We take on the whole organisation, from planning to logistics. You have one contact and one invoice: we pay hotels, vehicles, structures, printing, timing and UCI fees.

For an existing race

Method

Fifteen months of preparation

  1. 15 to 12 months before

    Contract, UCI registration, route design

  2. 12 to 6 months before

    Hotels, permits, brand identity, team invitations, media plan

  3. 6 to 1 months before

    Technical guide, logistics, training of local commissaires, route reconnaissance

  4. Race week

    Set-up, team managers’ meeting, stages, ceremonies

    Review, UCI report, preparation of the next edition

Legacy

Training local teams

We work first with companies from the host country and train its teams in specialist roles: commissaires, timing, race direction.

In Sharjah, Emirati commissaires work alongside our international commissaires and ride the commissaire motorbikes to learn the job in a live race.

We offer multi-year support, helping the race grow towards international standards and, when the time is right, a higher UCI class.
